Welcome to Sweet N’ Savi! By placing an order through sweetnsavicakes.com or with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Orders

  • All custom orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.

  • Your order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Sweet N’ Savi.

  • Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional fee.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of pickup.

  • Wedding cake payment terms will be discussed at the time of ordering.

  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled more than 7 days before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Orders canceled less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, as ingredients and scheduling are already committed.

  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, all sales are final.

  • EVENTS: Event tickets may receive a full refund if canceled 48 hours or more in advance of event. If canceled in the 48 window prior to the event, you are eligible to receive event credit to apply to a future class or event.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed time and location.

  • Sweet N’ Savi is not liable for products left unattended after pickup.

  • Delivery (if offered) must be arranged in advance and may include an additional fee.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Sweet N’ Savi products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, or soy.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies at the time of order.

  • While we do our best, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

6. Artistic Design & Variations

  • All of our cakes and desserts are handmade. Colors, designs, and details may vary slightly from reference photos.

  • Sweet N’ Savi reserves the right to make design adjustments as needed to ensure quality and structural integrity.

7. Liability

  • Once your order has been picked up or delivered, Sweet N’ Savi is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, or storage.

  • Instructions for storage and serving will be provided upon request.

8. Changes to Terms

Sweet N’ Savi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
